Hi, I’m Karina, your virtual PA.
Since 2013, I’ve been supporting Devon-based sole traders and small business owners as their all-important extra pair of hands. I can look after your back office and admin tasks to give you more time to focus on your day job.
Before Virtuoso-PA, I earned my stripes working (for more years than I care to remember!) in various administration roles within several different business sectors. My previous positions include Account Administrator for a national energy supplier, PA to the Marketing Director at a luxury spa, and the Office Manager for a local CCTV company.
I now deploy my many years of experience and varied skill set to benefit small businesses. Working on a freelance basis from my home office, I provide a remote PA service. I can deliver the same services as an in-house employee but without the many costs that come with employing a permanent staff member.
As a small business owner myself, I know how easy it is to slip into working in the evenings and on weekends just to keep on top of the admin. I’ve been there too! Outsource to me, and I’ll lighten the load to free up your time.

When I’m not looking after my clients, I love getting out and about with my family and friends. My favourite activities are watching local bands in Exeter, Salsa dancing, walking for miles and mooching around in graveyards.
